Project Name: E-SOT

Relevance: A lot of work has been done to digitize the judicial system. Many projects have been implemented, basic components of electronic justice have been created. Nevertheless, the level of satisfaction with IT services both among the population and within the judicial system is not high enough.

Purpose: To achieve high satisfaction with IT services of the judiciary.

The judicial system of Kazakhstan actively uses modern information technologies in its activities. The introduction of new relevant projects in the judicial proceedings facilitates the expansion of access to justice, the exclusion of judicial red tape and the simplification of the work of judges.

The number of users of the service "Trial Room" is 211 thousand, and visitors to the site of the Supreme Court - about 4 thousand per day. For a year in the republic, millions of court cases are being considered, which leads to the conclusion about the possibility of further increasing the demand for Internet-services of ships.

To achieve the project's goal, it is necessary to effectively apply new IT trends, to create the most simple and convenient electronic services for all categories of users.

Achieving the main goal of the project is planned through the implementation of the following tasks:

  • Simplify the interface and ensure sufficient functionality of IT products;
  • Transition to high-grade electronic court cases (by types of legal proceedings);
  • Creation of a service of pre-trial settlement of disputes for citizens; system for forecasting the outcome of the process;
  • Application of "artificial intelligence" and "blockade" technologies in legal proceedings;
  • Creation of automated workplaces for process participants in courtrooms;
  • Simplification of the procedure for the formation of electronic claims (applications);
  • Establishment of an industry operational information security center and others.
