Printer-friendly versionThe Chairman of the Supreme Court in January 10, 2018 approved the portfolio of priority projects of the Supreme Court, as well as the composition of working groups for their implementation.
The working groups were instructed to ensure the development of conceptual proposals for the further development of the judicial system.
The objectives of further development are to increase the Trust for Justice and ensure the Rule of Law, through increasing the fairness of justice, its responsibility and independence, the high quality of judgments and the competence of judges.
Priorities for the work include the further implementation of the Kazakhstan-2050 Strategy, the Nation's Plan of 100 concrete steps, and the Program for the Modernization of Public Consciousness “Ruhani Jangyru”.
Coordination of the work of the working groups is entrusted to the deputy head of the Department for ensuring the activities of the courts at the Supreme Court Kassenova Asiya Bakenovna.
The administration of work processes is carried out by the chief consultant of the Analysis and Planning Department Kauldasheva Aygerim Kurmetzhanovna (707-0149@sud.kz)
The working groups include judges of the Supreme and local courts, employees of the Department and the Academy of Justice, lawyers, bailiffs, representatives of Atameken.
