Zhambyl regional court and PO "Guild of court reporters" have signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation

Zhambyl regional court and the Public Association "Guild of court reporters" have signed a Memorandum on Cooperation aimed at strengthening cooperation on the coverage of the courts activity of the region, including on matters of the administration of justice.

Memorandum on behalf of the Regional Court was signed by the judge of Zhambyl regional court coordinator for media relations Syzdykova Gulnar Kominternovna, chairman of Zhambyl branch of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sultanova Tahmina Sabitovna, representative of the PO "Guild of court reporters" Vybornova Galina.

The parties have agreed on cooperation in comprehensive coverage, and actively clarify the legal proceedings principles, court work and the judges, the institutions of pre-trial and out of court settlement of disputes (conflicts), the organization of consultations, press conferences, briefings, meetings, "round tables" and seminars on mutual cooperation.

Participants of the meeting noted that the Memorandum shall lay the groundwork for further mutually beneficial cooperation between the courts of the region and the PO "Guild of court reporters", facilitate the rapid getting of the required information and reliable data on the courts activities of Zhambyl region, providing access to justice.
