Today the Department to ensure the operation of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation

Collaboration NCE RK and the judiciary power reached a new level. The memorandum, which will serve as the basis for effective cooperation both at the national and regional levels, it is countersigned by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of directors of National Chamber Nurlan Mukaev and head of SI "Department to ensure the operation of the courts under the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan" Ilyas Ispanov. It should be noted that the proposal of the National Chamber of the conclusion of the Memorandum was announced by NCE on a conference call chaired by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Kairat Mami on August 25, 2014, in which among others attended heads of regional chambers of businessmen and heads of regional courts.

The main purpose of the signing of the Memorandum is systematic cooperation in the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs based on the principles of the supremacy of law, fairness and openness. The Parties will cooperate in the following areas:

- Cooperation in the issues of further improvement of legislation affecting the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs;

- Organizational and legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs in court cases involving business entities;

- Methodical and legal assistance in the organization and operation of alternative forms of pre-trial review and economic disputes;

- Interaction on arise of awareness of entrepreneurs about the activity of judicial system.

Nurlan Mukaev expressed his appreciation for the inclusion of National Chamber’s proposals in the Memorandum. An important provision of the document, he said, was to provide broad access to representatives of the National Chamber of the judicial information.

In his speech, Ilyas Spain noted that the Supreme Court has already begun to system implement of instructions of the President voiced in Message to the people in 2015 "Nurly Jol - Way to the Future" for the protection of rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, and the signing of the memorandum was another practical step of that work. When implementing the Memorandum emphasis will be placed on the consideration of cases involving business entities, reduction of bureaucracy litigation and increase their transparency.

In general, the parties noted that the qualitative implementation of the instructions of the President of the country, aimed at the protection of the rights and interests of entrepreneurs and foreign investors could only be achieved through joint efforts.
