Passed sentence on charges of taking bribes

October 14, 2014 in Uralsk city court passed sentence on the criminal case against the former chairman of the court №2 Zelenovsk district of West Kazakhstan region B. Satybaldiyev accused of taking bribes.

By the court B.Satybaldiev is found guilty under Article 311 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan - of taking bribes from the director of LLP "Hinayat kurylys" in the amount of 200 thousand tenge for the exemption of the latter from the penalty of administrative proceedings.

By court verdict B.Satybaldiev is sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold public office for a period of 5 years.

Measure of restraint is changed to "arrest", he was taken into custody in the courtroom.
