"Open Days" are held in the outreach format

"Open Days" held by Karaganda regional court acquired in the outreach format of receptions and are held monthly in different cities and districts of the region.

The first stop this time was the district court №2 of Ulytau district, followed held a meeting in Zhezkazgan city courthouse.

In these courts reception of citizens carried out acting chairman of the appellate judicial board on civil and administrative cases of the regional court Amandyk Kanbaev, judge - coordinator of media relations and community of regional court Raushan Sergazina.

In his speech A.Kanbaev noted the usefulness of such meetings, which focus not only on matters of a private nature, but can also serve as a platform for dialogue, where anyone can express their comments and suggestions in the work of the judiciary authorities. At the time when the judicial system is being actively implemented electronic technologies, this kind of feedback will improve the current processes.

Event was attended by employees of akimat, individual entrepreneurs and local residents to get answers to their questions. Most of the issues touched upon legal housing, in order to recognize the right of ownership and property legalization, there were issues of administrative and legal nature.

All the questions addressed are given detailed answers, with clarified legal mechanisms to protect the legitimate rights and interests.
