Having examined the materials of the case concerning A.A. 24the Specialized Administrative Court of Pavlodar found him guilty of committing an administrative offense provided for by Part 3 of Article 610 and Part 3 of Article 611 of the Administrative Offences Code.
The court considered the case via videoconferencing with the investigative isolator where A. was.
Not having the driving license to drive a vehicle, A. driving a Toyota car exceeded the safe speed and lateral spacing hit the Toyota A and BMW cars on September 23 of this year. During the trial, the offender admitted his guilty, repented in the deed.
The court fined A. under part 3 of Art. 610 of the Administrative Offences Code for 20 MCI and according to part 3 of Art. 611 of the Administrative Offences Code for 100 MCI.
The use of videoconferencing in the consideration of administrative cases to ensure the obligatory participation of a person who was made administratively responsible, facilitates the provision of prompt, full and comprehensive consideration of cases.
