A new information service functional "Judicial office" is launched

One of the President's instructions, announced at the republic Sixth Congress of Judges, - to provide wide access of citizens to justice, the active implementation of modern information technologies in the judicial system work. The Head of the Department on support of courts activities under the Supreme Court Ilyas Ispanov informed how this significant challenge implements:

- The rapid development of information technologies and the associated growth of the society requests dictate the need for continuous improvement of their application in the judicial system activity.

Launched by the Supreme Court in 2014 the information service "Judicial office" is aimed at simplifying the legal proceedings via electronic interaction, as well as ensuring efficiency, accessibility and transparency of the judicial system.

"Judicial office" allows to sue citizens legal claims (applications), appeals, petitions for review of judicial acts in order of cassation in the form of an electronic document, make an online payment of state fees via the Internet from any place convenient for the user and others.

Today, about 52,438 people are the service users.

660,875 documents in an electronic form are filed to the courts via the service during the functioning.

Since the beginning of 2016 "Judicial office" appeared before the users in an improved design and changes in the structure.

The updated service includes additional sections, such as complaints against the actions (inaction) of the authority (official) conducting the proceedings upon an administrative offense (in accordance with Chapter 44 of the Administrative Code); complaint for reconsideration of not entered into legal force decisions on the cases of administrative offenses (in accordance with Chapter 45 of the Administrative Code), notification of legal claims and complaints, as well as the Forum "Taldau".

Since March 1 of the current year it was launched the functional of sending notifications to users, providing a notification upon a passed judicial act, with reference to the transition it to view in PDF format. Also it is possible to notice via the transition section "Dynamics of the consideration of case progress " to view and download all made in the case of judicial acts.

It is necessary to mention the work to launch the service "Judicial office" Forum "Taldau" generated via the use of the Single Classifier of cases categories and materials, generalization of judicial practice and the Bank of judicial decisions, Legal Regulations of the Supreme Court. Forum "Taldau" promotes the formation of a uniform jurisprudence.

Users of the service "Judicial office" appreciated its possibilities: the service is widely used by population and contributes to the effective lawyers work, judges and courts specialists contributes to improving the legal culture of citizens, the protection by citizens of their constitutional rights.

In the future it is planned to launch the sections providing the sending to the claimant or his representative being the service user the writ in electronic form, sending petitions, complaints and petitions in criminal proceedings, in accordance with Articles 106 and 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Also underway are functional, providing notification of the term of the judicial act appeal and Apostilling official documents issued by the judicial authorities.

The implementation of modern electronic technologies in the republic judicial system, allowed greatly improving the level of public access to justice, creating all the legal community members and the mass media the conditions for fast information on the courts activity.
