More than 7000 users of the service "Judicial office" took part in the online-polling

The Supreme Court from 4 April of the current year started online-polling of trial participants and other users of the service "Judicial office".

The polling is conducted to identify the level of citizens’ satisfaction by the availability and quality of Kazakhstan's courts work within the framework of the ongoing reforms, as well as the implementation of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps"

The respondents are the direct trials participants from all the regions of Kazakhstan: the plaintiffs (applicants); defendants; the person brought to responsibility; lawyers; prosecutors; state authorities’ representatives; other persons, registered in the specified service.

On April 19 of the current year 7192 respondents took part in the polling.

The largest number of respondents surveyed is the East Kazakhstan region (18%), Almaty (12%) and the Karaganda region (11%).

According to the status in the polling overall total took part: the applicants (45%), other users of the service "Judicial office" (34%), representatives of state agencies (7.5%), lawyers (6.3%) and respondents (6%), persons involved to justice (0.7%), prosecutors (0.5%).

Analysis of polling results for the period from 4 to 18 April indicates that, overall, respondents were given a positive assessment of the courts work.

Respondents are given suggestions regarding the offices of the courts work, the judicial process, the selection of judges and ethics, information technologies, comfort of courts buildings, changes in legislative.

All proposals will be given appropriate answers in "Judicial office" service.
