New possibilities of "Judicial office"

The Supreme Court on an ongoing basis conducts monitor the use of online services and takes into account the trials participants’ opinion and citizens.

One of the major online services is a "Judicial office". Since the launch of "Judicial office" users appreciated its convenience and effectiveness.

So for the first 9 months of 2016 via the "Judicial office" submitted 512,658 electronic documents, including 441,175 legal claims. This represents 78.5% of all submitted legal claims.

Service improved and takes on a different appearance in the person of the chief electronic services of the judicial system. Today, we are for the convenience of the citizens individually rendered service to send an application for a court order, also launched new services in civil and criminal cases for submission:

- Applications for cancellation of the decision rendered in a simplified order;

- Applications for a refund of the state fee;

- Complaints of private prosecution;

- Applications for providing meeting with the convicted before appeal the sentence to execution.

To send the applications and complaints the user must fill provided application form, upload scanned copies of the documents attached and signed by electronic digital signature sent to the relevant judicial authority. Thus, the user does not need to go to court and stand in queue. This saves citizens time and cost. Also, any time you can view the status of the application and monitor the progress of the case.  

However, until the end of the year it plans to launch services to send applications on postponing trial, cancellation application for security of legal claim, upgraded mobile app "Judicial office". In connection with the new opportunities of service, will be updated instructions on the work of video tutorials and for each service.

Taking into consideration all innovations and upgrades, "Judicial office" is intended to act as a single, multifunctional window intended for two-way interaction between the courts with the population and simplify the legal proceedings as a whole.
