Mediation as a method settlement of disputes

Today in the court of Aktobe city considered a civil case on Bukenbaev D. to Taranenko I. to recover the debt in the amount of 6 900 000 thousand tenge.

At the hearing established that the parties had entered into a loan agreement in the amount of 6 900 000 thousand tenge, for a period of one year. However, the defendant Taranenko I. its commitments to repay debt was not performed, and therefore the plaintiff was forced to go to court.

During the trial, the parties have expressed their wish to enter into a mediation agreement in court on the following conditions: the defendant Taranenko I. undertakes to November 15, 2014 to return Bukenbaev D. debt of $ 6 900 000 thousand tenge, and the plaintiff, in turn, refuses to claim requirements.
