Kairat Mami met with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kazakhstan

Today, the Chairman of the Supreme Court Kairat Mami met with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Kazakhstan Rolf Mafael.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Supreme Court noted the current level of relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federal Republic of Germany, as one of the key partners of Kazakhstan in the European Union. "This year we will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries. Over the years we have made a solid political consensus in favor of a dynamic strengthening of bilateral ties in a wide range of interaction, "- K. Mami said.

Within the framework of the conversation the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan informed on the ongoing reforms of the judicial system, initiated by the President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev within the framework of Plan of Nation "100 specific steps - the modern state for everyone." So, special attention was paid to the improvement of the dispute resolution mechanism with the participation of investors. It is worth noting that in 2016 in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan is successfully functioning specialized division for consideration of investment disputes.

At the end of the meeting the sides stressed the importance of this meeting in the context of creating favorable conditions for the exchange of experience, information and achievements in two countries judicial systems.
