The judges of Pavlodar discussed the innovations of legislation

The Pavlodar Regional Court held a seminar for judges on the application of the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil, Banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Entrepreneurial Activity."

The chairman of the regional court Mukhtar Smagulov, speaking at the seminar, noted that this Law was adopted in the framework of the President's Address "The Third Modernization: Global Competitiveness". The changes introduced cover issues of protection of private property, improvement of fiscal policy, rational use of budgetary funds, and others.

They also focused attention on innovations introduced in the Civil and Civil Procedural Codes, in particular on the division of invalid transactions into insignificant and disputable transactions, the consequences of the invalidity of the transaction, the imposition of a duty on the court to send a copy of the legal claim and the documents attached to it. The law sets a deadline for the first hearing, which must be started no later than 10 working days from the date of completion of the training.

In the course of the seminar they paid attention to strict compliance with the requirements of the legislation, prevention of their violations, instructed daily to discuss the innovations introduced with a view to practical implementation and widespread compliance with legislative amendments.
