Court satisfied the requirements of the 68 plaintiffs to recover salary arrears totaling 22,641,998 tenge

In the proceedings of Ust-Kamenogorsk city court there were 68 legal claims of citizens to recover from the LLP "D" of arrears on wages.

The reason for the mass appeal of citizens in the court was a violation of the constitutional rights of workers by the employer to receive remuneration for work (paragraph 2 of Article 24 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Wage arrears of plaintiffs confirmed inquiries and employer estimates, certified by the seal and signature of the chief accountant.

Taking into account the requirements of Article 113 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which wages are set and paid in cash in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan at least once a month no later than the first decade of the next month, as well as the materials of the case, confirming the existence of the debt, the court passed a decision to satisfy the stated requirements.

The total amount of the collected wage by Court on legal claims of 68 plaintiffs totaled 22,641,998 tenge.
