The court of Aktobe city recovered arrears of wages

Court of Aktobe city considered a civil case at the suit of B. Kopzhasar to LLP «LAD» about collecting 241,761 tenge wages and compensation for moral damages in the amount of 500 000 tenge.

During the trial it was found that between the parties since 2012 was signed an employment contract and payment of the appropriate base wages. However, the last six months wages paid to the plaintiff was not in full, in connection with which he went to the law.

Court claims the plaintiff B. Kopzhasar partially satisfied. With LLP «LAD» decided to recover 241,761 tenge wages and compensation for moral damages in the amount of 10 000 tenge, in the remaining part of the claim is refused.

The decision has not come into force.
