The chairman of Almaty regional court met with most active members of Koksu district

Today the head of Almaty regional court M.Taymerdenov met with most active members of Koksu district.

In the event took part akims of Koksu district and rural districts, district deputies Maslikhats, labor veterans, representatives of law enforcement agencies, non-governmental and youth organizations, cultural associations. The meeting held in the form of an informal conversation, during which residents could ask questions.

In his speech M.Taymerdenov explained that in our country has developed electronic court proceedings. In order to improve transparency and access to justice for the people developed the Concept of information in the court system until 2020. It widely introduced pretrial (mediation) and alternative (arbitration) forms settlement of disputes. In order to facilitate access and ensure efficiency and remote participation of citizens in the electronic court proceedings on the web site of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan has realized service "Judicial office".

These measures will greatly simplify the court proceedings, make it more transparent and accessible, strengthen safeguards the legitimate rights of citizens, including entrepreneurs.
