The participants of the "round table" held in Astana city court, prosecutors, government officials, appraisers and judges discussed the problematic matters that arise in the consideration of disputes related to the seizure of land for state needs.

As the moderator of the round table noted, the judge of Astana city court Gulnara Abdigalieva currently pays special attention to land disputes because of the urgency, since much depends on the correct and timely resolution of this category of cases in the development and improvement of not only land and legal relations, but also Socio-political state of society. It is not unimportant to define a stable practice in cases involving seizure of land for state needs.

In the opinion of the speakers, the resolution of this situation is possible only in a comprehensive approach, from the perspective of national, national interests. At the same time, the interests of persons whose land plots are to be seized should not be infringed upon.

At the round table, problematic matters were considered in detail and suggestions were made for applying the procedural and substantive law norms arising in the sphere of land relations with the aim of forming a uniform judicial practice.

Particular attention is paid to the quality of reports and other documents related to evaluation activities.

Concrete proposals on legal issues of monitoring regulatory decisions of the Supreme Court have been heard with the purpose of assessing and forecasting the effectiveness of land legislation by identifying inconsistent legislation, obsolete and inefficiently implemented legal norms.

Based on the results of the round table, they developed relevant recommendations.
