The best courts on indicators of the application of conciliation procedures are identified In Pavlodar

The winners of the regional contest "The best court indicators on application of conciliation procedures in consideration of civil, criminal and administrative cases" are awarded in the Pavlodar Regional Court

The contest is held in order to distribution the positive courts experience on the application of conciliation procedures. To assess the courts activity are developed the relevant criteria, including the number and quality of educational events, appearances in the media, the number of cases dealt with by using mediation, participatory procedures and cases completed by settlement agreement.

Management of the Regional Court expressed gratitude to the chairmen and judges of district and equivalent courts of the region, whose work has been featured on the positive results of the contest.

The judges of the Pavlodar city court E.Kusainov and Zh.Uyzbaeva, Ekibastuz city court A.Hamitova, Aksu City Court S.Dosybaeva, chairman of Maisky District Court U.Rahimbergenova are awarded according to the results of the contest for the best indicators in civil cases.

The chairman of Irtysh district court judge A.Nurgaliev and judge of the court number 2 of Pavlodar A.Suleymenov are awarded certificates showing the best results in criminal cases.

The judge of specialized administrative court of Pavlodar B.Alinova has the best indicator on administrative cases.
