In Aktobe presented new judges

Today in the Aktobe regional court there was a plenary session of judges of regional court at which the appointed judges were presented. The decree of the President of Kazakhstan No. 29 "On appointment to positions and releases from positions of chairmen and judges of courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is signed on 25th of May of this year.

The chairman of regional court Erlan Aytzhanov, chairmen of appellate judicial boards of regional court, the judges and specialists of regional court, chairmen of city and specialized courts, representatives of law enforcement agencies and mass media took part in action.

At plenary session of regional court were presented to a position of the chairman of the Kargaly district court Nazir Amankulov, due to the release from a position of the judge of Aktobe City court, to a position of the judge of regional court Raziya Akhmetova, due to the release from a position of the judge of Aktobe City court No. 2, to a position of the judge of the Martuksky district court Erlan Nursharynov, to a position of the judge of Aktobe City court Kairbek Abdykhalykov, due to the release of the judge of the Kargaly district court. The same Decree is released from positions the judge of the Aktobe regional court Gulzhakhan Baytursynova and the judge of the Uilsky district court Shagban Zhamiyev due to the resignation, the chairman of the Kargaly district court Raziya Myrzakul due to the termination of powers of the judge due to the achievement of retirement age.

At the meeting newly appointed judge of the Martuksky district court E.Nursharynov took the oath.

The chairman Erlan Aytzhanov thanked the judges retiring and on pension for their contribution to development of judicial system of region on behalf of all staff presented mementoes and flowers. He wished them long years of life, wellbeing and happiness.
