In Zhambyl regional court was held a press conference

Yesterday in Zhambyl regional court was held a press conference on the results of the administration of justice for the first half of 2014.

The press conference was attended by the chairman of the appellate judicial board on criminal cases Musabekova G.S., acting Chairman of the appellate judicial board on civil and administrative cases Mamytbekov O.M., coordinator of Media relations, the judge of Zhambyl regional court Syzdykova G.K. and chairman of the specialized inter-district criminal court of Zhambyl region Abidov N.M.

By the courts of Zhambyl region in the first half of 2014 were examined 864 criminal cases against 1,015 persons. For the same period in 2013 were reviewed 906 criminal cases against 1,081 persons.

By appeals judicial board were examined 352 judicial acts against 405 persons. For the same period in 2013 were examined 379 criminal cases against 427 persons. Also for the reporting period are considered 103 criminal cases with the participation of a mediator. (In comparison with the previous year examination in the manner of mediation has increased by 79 cases).

During the first half of 2014 in the ​​courts of the region were received 16,130 claims, 13,757 of them have been taken in the production of the court. The courts have considered and ruled on 10,275 civil cases, it is on the 3025 cases more than the same period of 2013.
