In the Zhambyl regional court there was a regional seminar on the procedure of drawing up the judicial decision

The Union of Judges of Kazakhstan together with the representation of American Bar Association "ABA CEELI» held in the Zhambyl regional court seminar on the procedure of drawing up a judicial decision in civil cases action proceedings for judges of district and equivalent courts.

The chairman of the Union of Judges Serik Baybatyrov, the chairman of the Zhambyl regional court Rustem Alchinbaev, the head of the American Bar Association representation Sholpan Tashmuhambetova and the retired judge of the North Kazakhstan regional court Inessa Kuanova took part in the seminar.

Speaking at the seminar, S.Baybatyrov noted active participation and demonstrated by the Zhambyl regional court high index rating assessment of the quality of the courts work, he awarded a certificate of merit to R.Alchinbaev and wished success in his future work.

In turn, the chairman of the Zhambyl regional court emphasized the relevance of this seminar, which will improve the skills of 29 judges of district and equivalent courts involved in the work.

Regional scientific and practical workshop was organized for judges with experience in the judicial position to five years. In the course of the workshop the participants familiarized with the foreign technique of drawing up judgments, the judicial decisions structure particularities, and the best examples of world practice on the drawing up of judicial decisions.  

At the end of the workshop the young judges expressed their gratitude to the organizers noted a huge role and desire to conduct such workshops.
