There was a working meeting on the project "hybrid e-mail"

On 19 September of 2014 by the Department to ensure the operation of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and JSC "Kazpost" held a working meeting on strengthening cooperation and the introduction of new information services.

Previously, the Department raised the issue of further automation services JSC "Kazpost" rendered the judiciary authorities, in order to create comfortable conditions for the population.

At the meeting were discussed the mechanisms and prospects for the further modernization of automatic conversion, sending correspondence, including subpoenas by judicial authorities under the JSC "Kazpost" by registered hybrid mail.

When using a registered hybrid mail technology with notification, information intended for delivery, together with the list of recipients by region are sent electronically to the post office. Here they are printed in the form of individualized document, and packed in a mailing envelope.

In this case, pre-press, printing attachment items, conversion, transmission for sending, receiving, processing, transportation and delivery of items, data transmission (delivery status) sender performed by JSC "Kazpost".

Given that one of the priorities facing the justice system is to increase efficiency in legal proceedings and ensure timely notification of the parties, the introduction of the hybrid mail of the project will allow local courts to not only save time for processing correspondence, but also accelerate the process of sending it.

In addition, the automation of this type of service, and have a positive impact on the judicial process as a whole, as is improving the quality of the delivery of public judicial correspondence received by local courts status of its receipt to the "on-line" mode, timeliness of delivery of postal items.

Ultimately introduced innovations will realize assigned to the judiciary the task and create convenience for the population.

The project will be launched in quarter 2014, currently is preparing a pilot project in the courts of the city of Almaty and Aktobe region.
