In the Supreme Court's Internet site launched service "New Bank of court acts"

On the Internet site of the Supreme Court operates service "Handbook on court cases" in order to simplify and access to justice for citizens. Its mission is to provide access to participants of the trial, their representatives to the court acts of all instances, taking into account the legal constraints. The positive experience of the functioning of this service was the basis for the development and launches in pilot mode extended service "The new Bank of court acts".

In the following " Handbook on court cases " will be in the "Judicial office" and will be available only to registered users with the provision of information about the movement of cases, procedural documents and the current court acts.

In the "New Bank of court acts" to search for available entered into legal force court decisions (sentences) handed down by first instance courts and on appeal in 2016. In the future, will be available, and court acts handed down in 2015, including the court acts of the Supreme Court.

Additional criteria to perform an advanced search have entered into interface request of the new service entered into legal force court judgments (sentences) force introduced.
