In Shymkent discussed the changes in Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Today, in specialized administrative court of Shymkent city held "roundtable" on "Changes in Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The event was attended by judges, employees of law enforcement, tax authorities, customs, financial and transport control, the state labor inspection in the region.

The chairman of the administrative court of Shymkent city Yertayev Akhylbek noted that the adoption of the new edition of Administrative Code is associated with increased frequency of changes to the requirements of the legislation. The current Administrative Offences Code, consists of 44 chapters and 733 articles, whereas, an update of the Code consists of 920 articles divided into 53 chapters. However, dispositions and sanctions of each article of the new Code are disclosed more widely and offenses are grouped by areas. This suggests that work on the design of each case on an administrative offense and their consideration in court will be optimized, and the regulations of the Code brought into line with international standards. "

On the results of the roundtable is developed the Action Plan, the implementation of which optimizes the work for the application of regulations of the new AOC RK.
