Relatives were reconciled in order of mediation

Appeals judicial division for civil cases of Almaty regional court considered the civil case for the recovery of land from illegal possession and demolition.

The court found that the plaintiff G.Tursunova and the defendant R.Tursunov are relatives whose parents lived in the neighborhood, built between the two houses common barn, bath and planted an apple orchard. Each party has received from the parent house on the contract of donation. The plaintiff asked the court for the return of land from illegal possession of the defendant, and the demolition of the construction at the site.

In the course of the trial, with the participation of judge conciliator N.Zhekenova parties agreed to settle the dispute (conflict) in order of mediation. Under the agreement, the defendant before the 20 September 2016 passes the applicant the site where the apple orchard located. The plaintiff in turn gives up his legal claim.
