At the plenary session of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is approved the constitutional laws drafts

Today at the plenary session of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is approved the constitutional law drafts "On amendments and additions to the Constitutional Law" On the Judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan "and" On amendments and additions to some constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of civil procedure legislation ".

The first draft law of the Constitutional Law was developed in response to the request of the Head of the State at the VI Congress of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The introduced amendments are aimed at improving the pensions provisions of judges.

The second draft law of the Constitutional Law is developed to bring the Constitutional Law "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in accordance with the provisions of the new Civil Procedure Code.

The proposed amendments will contribute to the full implementation of the electoral rights of citizens and ensure their constitutional rights to judicial protection and to enhance investor confidence in the Kazakhstan justice.
