Investigative judge of the Zhaksynsky district court of the Akmolinsk region considered the DDIA investigator’s petition on sanctioning of preventive measure in the form of detention in the custody against Bagdat Batenov. He is suspected of committing a crime stipulated by Article 99 of part 1 of the Criminal Code of RK , i.e., murder.
On 6th of May, 2015 in the operations control Center of the Atyrau region is received a call about an explosive device set in the building of the OIA in Atyrau city.
On this fact had been urgently involved law enforcement officials of the Atyrau region. However, during investigative operations explosive hadn’t been found in the building.
In the course of the investigation it was found out that 27-year-old resident of Atyrau city N.Mosunova said deliberately false information.
The Merkensky district court considered the administrative case against a citizen V. of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the inspection of the citizen’s V. car police officials found unregistered smooth-bore gun "MP" 16 caliber cartridge and 4 ammunitions.
At the hearing the offender admitted his guilt in full.
