Court No.2 of Kyzylorda city considered the criminal case against former police officers.
Defendants A.Shambilov, E.Kozhataev and B.Shohataev being in the public service, as operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department of Department of Internal Affairs of Kyzylorda city by group of persons with pre-planning by means of investigative torture, mockeries and psychological pressure forced the victim D.Dostanov to admit in uncommitted by him thefts.
