In the Pavlodar Regional Court is presented a methodic guidebook to comply with procedural deadlines

At the plenary session of the Pavlodar Regional Court judges demonstrated developed by judges of Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of the region methodic recommendations for the observance of procedural deadlines.

Recommendations are useful to young judges as an additional guidebook, as they can be interesting for beginners civilians.

In methodical recommendations detail reflected matters on calculation and completion of procedural deadlines of writ, simplified, absentia, claims, special and special proceedings. There are reflected terms of consideration of claims and petitions provided by the provisions of civil procedure legislation, as well as the terms of consideration of the officers of the court authorization decisions, court records manufacturing, supplying appeals, protests, review of judicial decisions.
