In Pavlodar regional court discussed the regulations of the new administrative legislation

In Pavlodar regional court held a "roundtable" on "The main novellas of the new Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The event was attended by the judges of the regional, district and specialized courts, and representatives of prosecutors, immigration police, the tax department and bodies of Interior Affairs region.

About the main innovations of the Code told the judge of the regional court L.Klimashina. Participants of the event stayed at a number of issues that have arisen on the practical application of the regulations of new administrative legislation. The subject of discussion, in particular, have become topics concerning offenses in transport, in the road sector, encroaching on the established order of the state border of the Republic, as well as in the field of taxation.

At the end of the event, all participants noted the importance and timeliness to adoption of the new administrative legislation of the country.
