The officer of the court is brought to trial for acceptance of a bribe

Semey city court No. 2 considered criminal case on charge of the state officer of the court E.Sayatov. He is being the official, on 22nd of July of the current year got a bribe from the citizen M. Mustafagaliyev in the sum of 30 000 tenge for a delay on collecting debt.

By court sentence E.Sayatov is found guilty stipulated by the Art. 366 p. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was imposed a punishment in the form of a penalty of 1 800 000 tenge. He was also imposed confiscation of the property which is personally belonging to him with lifelong deprivation of the right to hold positions in public service and in local government bodies.

The sentence didn't enter into legal force.
