In anticipation of the Constitution Day were presented the medals "For a Contribution to creation of the Eurasian Economic Union" II and III degrees the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amangeldu Sarsembayev and the assistant manager of department of international relations and the protocol of the Machinery of the Supreme Court Nurgul Smagulova.
Atyrau city court No.2 considered a criminal case against the department head on employment foreign labor of the State Institution "Department of employment and social programs in Atyrau region" M.Azharbekov. He is accused of acceptance of a bribe (p. 2, Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
Uralsk city court considered the criminal case against 11 persons who committed of crimes stipulated by Art.264 Part 2 of the Criminal Code RK (participation in transnational organized group) of the Criminal Code RK, Art.394 p.2,3 (organization of illegal migration, which are committed by a criminal group) , Art.330-2 Part 1 of the Criminal Code (dated 16.07.1997) - (organization of illegal migration), Art.287 Part 3 of the Criminal Code RK (illegal purchase, storage of ammunition for firearms) Article 28 Part 5 of the Criminal Code RK (aiding and abetting).
On the 2nd of September of the current year in Astana in Palace of Independence began its work the XIV International Conference on the theme: "Towards standards and common solutions in the field of ICT for social security."
