Military Court held a press tour for representatives of the public and the media

The Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a press tour where the judges and the head of the Administrator informed the media representatives, NGOs, lawyers, notaries, political parties, as well as the students of educational institutions of the city about introduced the new information technologies in the judicial system and their advantages. Including the implementation of audio and video recording system, the online service "Judicial office", etc.

The event began with the courthouse hall, where guests got acquainted with the work of the Office and information services are in the waiting room. Also, the participants visited the press center, mediation offices, prosecutors and lawyers.

In the courtroom for guests was held show trial, where clearly demonstrated the advantages of the equipment of audio and video recording, including both online questioning of the witness is in a different region via videoconferencing.

Head Administrator Baytilesov N. stressed that according to the 20th step of Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps" to date, all courtrooms throughout the country is 100% equipped with AVS systems.

In the conference hall with the participation of the chairman of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press tour participants were shown videos about the work of the information services of the judicial system and the upcoming VII Congress of Judges. Chairman of the Military Court Abdullayev S.Z. in his speech noted that Plan of Nation focuses on the radical changes in the development of the judicial system, and of the 100 concrete steps exactly 11 directions relate to the further development of the legal proceedings and the judicial system. Currently, 10 of them are implemented.

In the course of the event, the participants noted that the implementation and use of modern technologies simplify proceedings in the judicial system, saves the state budget, but also saves time and money of citizens, to achieve maximum transparency and accessibility of the judicial system for the country's population.
