In the metropolitan court discussed the application of the regulation of legislation on public procurement

On October 24, 2014 in the metropolitan Astana city court held a roundtable on the theme: "Actual issues arising in practice in the application legislation of public procurement."

The event was attended by judges of Astana city courts, the representatives of the Financial Control Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of public procurement, the House of Entrepreneurs, the Prosecutor's Office, ministries, akimats and other competent authorities, lawyers and employees of the mass media.

During the roundtable was discussed the most pressing issues arising in settlement of disputes on public procurement, application regulations of legislation often prevent the violation of public procurement.

By participants were discussed in detail issues on the application legislation of public procurement. Acting chairman of the court J.N. Abdiev and judge K.K. Tatkeeva were given the answers to questions of the participants.

Summing up the results of the roundtable the judge of Astana city court K.K. Tatkeeva noted that in order to meet the interests of the state and entrepreneurs, efficient and effective use of public funds to achieve the purposes of public procurement is supposed to make changes and additions to the Law "On Public Procurement".
