Mediation office opened in the Aktubinsk branch of "Nur Otan" party

The chairman of the Aktubinsk branch of the Union of judges A.Kalmuhambetov, Courts Administrator A.Mambetov, representative of the Aktubinsk regional branch of the party "Nur Otan" B.Akzamov, Director of NC "West Kazakhstan mediation Center and negotiation process "A.Kurtaeva, professional mediators of the region and the mass media representatives took part at the opening ceremony of mediation office in the building of the Aktubinsk regional branch of the party "Nur Otan".

Opening the meeting, the Courts Administrator A.Mambetov noted the main goal of the office work to bring to the citizens attention of the provisions of the Law on Mediation, the advantages of non-judicial dispute resolution.

"The opening of the mediation office timely and justified step, since the application of conciliation procedures relevant in modern conditions to resolve conflicts without resorting to judicial protection", - A.Kalmuhambetov considers. According to him, the mediators Centers will provide substantial support for the resolution of minor disputes and conflicts.

With the application of mediation procedures in the 1st quarter of the current year, the region courts considered 219 cases, 142 of them - 77 criminal and - civil.

Mediation office is equipped with office equipment and methodological recommendations; there are 2 Information banners on the walls, special stand with information on the scope of mediation application, the principles of conciliation procedures conduct, lists of professional and non-professional mediators in the region.

Following the meeting, the participants signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation.
