In Kyzylorda there was a briefing on the matters of prevention of crimes on fraud

At the regional office of the Central Communications of Kyzylorda region there was a briefing on matters of fraud prevention. The judge of the city court number 2 of Kyzylorda B.Zhanabaev, head of the management of criminal police of the regional department of internal affairs G.Tursekeev and senior investigator of the investigation management B.Savlyabekov took part in the event.

In his speech, B.Zhanabaev judge noted that in the first half of 2016 regional and equated courts under Art.190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 103 criminal cases against 103 persons under Article 177 of the Criminal Code in the old version of 4 criminal cases against 11 persons. He talked about the kinds of criminal liability as provided by law for fraud, by the example of the criminal cases considered in court.

G.Tursekeev told about preventive measures to protect against fraud. He noted that the timely filing of victims has a huge impact on the timely capture of suspects.

Speaking to the media, B.Savlyabekov talked about common ways of deception. "Scammers are usually promise to help in obtaining an interest-free loan, or in the promotion of the queue for housing. Basically, these women are engaged, "- the speaker noted.

Over the past 6 months in the courts of the Kyzylorda region completed 98 criminal cases in respect of 99 persons made 54 court verdicts against 55 persons. Among them there are 32 women. 12 criminal cases discontinued in order of mediation.
