In the East Kazakhstan regional court they discussed the problematic issues arising in the execution of judicial acts

Within the framework of the working meeting, the judges, heads of the court chambers, representatives of the Nur Otan party, departments of state revenues and justice, state revenue offices and the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Apparatus of the Akim of the Region, the Chamber of Private officers of the court and prosecutors took part in the discussion.

Speaking, the judge of the judicial division for civil cases of the regional court Eldos Zhumaksanov called the execution of the judicial act an expression of one of the forms of independence of the courts. He noted that the implementation of judicial decisions and other executive documents in our country over the past years has been given a lot of attention: effective measures have been taken to improve legislation on enforcement proceedings, the system and structure of executive enforcement authorities have been changed, and the material and technical support of officers of the court has been improved.

Participants of the working meeting discussed the problematic issues of non-enforcement of judicial acts, as well as issues arising in the execution of judicial acts.

At the end of the meeting, they adopted recommendations on the implementation of judicial acts, proposals were made to amend legislative acts and internal documents, as well as to improve the bases of Torelik, the Ministry of Justice and private officers of the court.
