Dispute settlement of mediation agreement

On 9 September, 2014 in the Economic Court of Astana city is considered a civil case at the suit of LLP "MTS Alliance" to the LLP "Corporation ASTV Spetsstroy" for the recovery of the principal amount, taking into account the state duty in the amount of 11,688,937 tenge.

During the period from 2009 to 2013 between the above companies were conducted contractual and non-contractual relationships.

According to the Certificate of verification for the period from January 2012 to July of the current year, the debt of LLP "Corporation ASTV" Spetsstroy "before LLP" Alliance MTS "was 9,497,547 tenge.

In addition, under the lease on 20 May, 2010 the defendant was leased from the plaintiff's motor vehicle brand «Dong Feng». The same date, signed the act of transfer of the said motor vehicle to the defendant in good condition. In October 2013 the defendant without reference to the act has been returned to the plaintiff car out of whack.

According to the evaluation report from November 2013, the cost of repairing the vehicle is 1,850,935 tenge.

Bu the definition of Specialized Inter district Economic Court of Astana city on 9 September, 2014 is approved the settlement agreement in order mediation.
