In the courts of the West Kazakhstan region are established instruction booklets about the court for blind people

At the initiative of the West Kazakhstan regional court Specialized Regional Library has released a special informational and methodological instruction booklet "Information on the court, made a point relief for L.Brayly system for blind people persons" in the Kazakh and Russian languages.

In an instruction booklet is given information about the rights and responsibilities of court visitors, telephones and the citizens’ reception by the chairman of the regional court, e-mail addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers of the West Kazakhstan region courts, as well as telephone hotlines.

Persons with disabilities in the pages of the publication can get information about rates and payment of state fees when legal recourse.

Instruction booklet "Information on the court, made a point relief for L.Brayly system for blind people persons" will be installed in the courts premises of the region where is receiving citizens’ complaints and claims. Blind and visually impaired persons at the reference to the court can make use of an instruction booklet and to obtain the necessary information for themselves, which will help them to protect their rights.
