Court passed sentence upon violators of the state border

Tupkaragansky district court of Mangistau region considered a criminal case against the citizens of the Russian Federation V. Ivanov, Yu.Komarov, S.Komarov, D.Sidorenko and A.Veremenko.

At the hearing, it was found that the early morning on 8th of August of the current year, above mentioned persons on the swimming facility "Motolodka" have moved into the sea from "Tchvetnoye" village of the Astrakhan region and illegally crossed the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the eastern part of the Caspian sea and reached the island Kulaly of Tupkaragan region of Mangistau region.

In the evening of the same day, i.e. on 8 of August, they were detained by border guard Border Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In court, the defendants' guilt was fully proved.

The court found V.Ivanov, Yu.Komarov, S.Komarov, D.Sidorenko and A.Veremenko guilty under part 1 of Article 392 (intentional illegal crossing of the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The court sentenced them to imprisonment for a term of 6 months, with deportation from the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of five years.

The court's verdict hasn’t entered into legal force.
