Chairman of the Military Court held a meeting with the leadership and the Cadets "Jas Ulan" of Republican School

Chairman of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdullayev S.Z. visited the Republican school "Jas Ulan" named after General Nurmagambetova S.K., where he met with the leadership and the Cadets of the school.

Lecture-conversation, held by the chairman, did not leave indifferent school students, during which they discussed matters of the Kazakh judicial system as a whole.

Chairman Abdullayev S.Z. brought to the attention of those present on Plan of Nation "100 concrete steps" to implement the institutional reforms of the Head of State Nazarbaev N.A. in terms of transfer of courts to a three-tier judicial system, expanding the institute of conciliation procedures, increasing the level of access to justice for citizens, as well as recent changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, Abdullayev S.Z. focused on innovations in the judicial system, such as the possibility of filing a legal claim, appeals and other applications to the court electronically - via the Internet service "Judicial office", as well as audio-video recording system of court hearings.

Those present asked their questions, interested in the changes in the judicial system, in particular, the implementation of three-tier model of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction of military courts and how they differ from other courts of general jurisdiction.

Abdullayev S.Z. also noted the work of the functional " Blog of the chairman " on the Internet site of the Military Court, referring where anyone can send questions and receive answers in the shortest time.

At the end of the meeting Abdullayev S.Z. congratulated with the 25th anniversary of Independence of the country and wished the personnel and Ulan success in service and learning. After the event, he got acquainted with the training facilities and the school museum.

The school management, in turn, thanked the chairman for the interesting and useful conversation, noting that such meetings help to increase legal literacy of ulans, and have a positive influence on them in the formation of the person, a patriot of his country.
