The chairman of the juvenile court of Astana N. Razzak took part in the meeting with the Head of State "Koktem shuyahy"

In the meeting in Akorda of the Head of State with the representatives of the female public of the country "Koktem shuyahy", timed to the International Women's Day on March 8, the chairman of the Specialized Inter-District Juvenile Court of Astana Nazila Razzaq took part.

The State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulshara Abdykalikova, the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, the Ombudsman for Children in Kazakhstan Zagipa Baliyeva, the champion of the Universiade Almaty-2017 in cross-country skiing Anna Shevchenko, the director of the rural secondary school from the North Kazakhstan region Irina Sedova, the president of the young entrepreneurs club "Zhas Atameken" Zarina Kokzhanova, chief doctor of the regional hospital from Pavlodar region Karlygash Razieva, mother of many children, presented for the awarding of "Altyn Alka" Oksana Mukasheva and others took part in the meeting.

"Today women of Kazakhstan make a special contribution to the formation of our state. Representatives of the beautiful half of humanity are working tirelessly in various spheres of our country's economy, including public service, science, private business, education and health. 55 percent of civil servants in the country are women, "the President said.

Nursultan Nazarbayev touched upon the aspects of the state's demographic policy, focusing on the issues of support and protection of motherhood and childhood, drew attention to the need to eradicate any manifestations of aggression against children and to provide employment for the younger generation by strengthening patriotic education in special circles and institutions.

The Head of State described as the next priorities of gender policy the need to create a comfortable environment for the mother and child, as well as the promotion of a culture of respect for motherhood.

Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed confidence that it is women who will play a big role in the process of current political modernization.

Participants of the meeting shared their achievements both in professional and in daily activities.

At the end of the event, the Head of State conducted a tour of Akorda residence for the participants of the meeting.
