The chairman of the East Kazakhstan regional court Doszhan Amirov in the Service regional communications of East Kazakhstan held a press conference for the mass media representatives.

The program of the Head of State the Plan of Nation clarified the main direction and the main tasks of further judicial system improvement to ensure the rule of law. In order to implement the program under the guidance of the Chairman of the Supreme Court Kairat Mami in the judicial system of Kazakhstan is carried out systematic work ", - D.Amirov said, opening the meeting. He said about five nominated institutional reforms by the President, one of which is aimed at ensuring the rule of law, guaranteeing, in addition to individual rights, the protection of property rights, the protection of contractual obligations, the conditions for entrepreneurial activity.

Talking about the ongoing activities to combat corruption in order to ensure openness and transparency of judicial activity, the chairman of the regional court said on equipping 100% by audio and video recording system of 141 courtrooms courts of the region. According to him, the hearings in the region are carried out exceptionally using the AVS system.

If in 2015 from 107,218 completed cases - 3577 (3.3%) were considered with the participation of mediators, by the end of 4 months of 2016 there are 2 263 (7.2%) such cases of 31,584 completed.

The total number of considered cases and materials in the region for 4 months of 2015 amounted to 33 994 cases in 2016 considered 31,584 cases and materials.

The courts of the region for 4 months of the current year considered 17,845 civil cases (in the same period of the last year - 18 446 cases).

Since the beginning of the current year is completed 12 365 administrative cases (for the same period in 2015 - 14,548).

For 4 months of 2016 the number of completed criminal cases made 1,374 cases (for 4 months 2015- 1000).

At the meeting D.Amirov recalled the signing on February 24 of the current year the Memorandum on mutual cooperation in the field of conciliation procedures by East Kazakhstan Regional Court, Assembly of People of Kazakhstan Secretariat, the Department of Justice, Department of the Interior Affairs, the Department of Education and Health, the Regional Bar Association and the Mediation Center "Shanyrak". Within the framework of the Memorandum in the regional House of Friendship opened the first in the country "Training Center on Mediation" and "Mediation office", reached an agreement to intensify propaganda and the application in the framework of its activities and the application of conciliation institute powers. An agreement has reached to open similar mediation offices at 14 Houses of Friendship of the region.

In 12 regional centers under local authorities already opened mediation offices. In Ayagoz, Zyryanovsk, Abai, Kokpekty districts mediation offices are open in all rural districts.

Since the beginning of the current year in the region in order to promote "On Mediation" Law there were about 300 events.

  "The judiciary of the region is aimed at realization of the tasks set by the Head of the State and the Chairman of the Supreme Court on the quality of administration of justice to improve overall public confidence in the judicial system.
