The best translators are identified in the courts of the republic

The Zhambyl Regional Court held a contest for the title of "The Best Translator of the Judicial System" in which the officers from the region's courts took part.

The Jury included the chairman of the board of civil affairs of the regional court Zhomart Rustembekov, the judges of the regional court Dinmukhammed Azretkulov and Galym Kulekeyev, the representative of the Language learning center of the Management on development of languages ​​of the Akimat of the Region Aigul Tynystayeva.

Opening the event, Zh. Rustembekov, noting the importance of holding the contest, explained that he was aiming at carrying out the state language policy in the judicial system, forming a corps of literate translators who possessed the skills of drafting procedural documents and office work in the judiciary to the participants.

The contest was held in three rounds. The participants were supposed to translate the documents on record keeping, the proceedings and compete in the translation of the dialogue from Russian into Kazakh.

Based on the results of completed tasks the winners were determined. The specialists of the Specialized Inter-District Juvenile Court Baglan Kambatyrov, the specialist of Baizak District Court Akbota Karzhauova, the specialist of Zhambyl and Talas District Courts Didar Kraubekov and Ayman Tutkishbayeva won the contest.

At the end the contestants noting the growing interest of the younger generation in the state language shared their views on the methodology of studying it and transition to the Latin alphabet.

Kyzylorda Regional Court held a team competition "Language is an immortal treasure, a world with a wide scope" and the regional stage of the republican contest "The Best Interpreter of the Judiciary".

Teams "Ana tili", "Algyrlar", "Tapqyrlar" and "Zhalyn" which included the experts from the courts and seven applicants for the title of the best judicial translator competed for the title of the best. The team competition was aimed at increasing the activity of young professionals in the public events expanding the office work in the state language and the use of the Kazakh language in the courts.

In the final stage - the competition of captains "Oner aldy - qyzyl til" (The highest art is eloquence), the experts of the Kazaly district court and city SAC Berik Keruenbayev and Nurganym Baltabai were the best at pronouncing the tongue twisters. The "Algyrlar" and "Ana tiłi" became the best teams. Teams "Zhalyn" and "Tapyyrlar" received the letters of gratitude.

The employees of the SICC, city court and court No. 2 of Kyzylorda Assyl Izteleuova, Ainur Karamanova and Dinara Serikqyzy were recognized as the best translators. They are awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.

The Kostanai regional court held a contest among court specialists for the title of "The Best Translator".

The jury included the judge of the regional court Gulnar Ismailova, the chairman of the SICC Yerlik Seralin and the interpreter Ulbolsyn Isergepova.

7 contestantants within half an hour showed their knowledge in translating official and official letters, judicial acts as well as improvised dialogue.

The best translators were experts of Kostanai SAC, Kostanai district court and Zhetikara district court Altynai Kozybekova, Kalamkas Ryshchanova and Gaziza Kenesbayeva.

There was a contest among the court specialists "The best translator of the Judicial system" in the South-Kazakhstan regional court.

12 specialists of local courts translated texts of official and official letters, judicial acts, participated in oral improvised dialogues during three rounds of the contest.

According to the results of the contest the principal specialist of the regional court Galymzhan Kadyrbayev, the principal specialist of Baidibek district court Dana Bessenova and the principal specialist of al-Farabi district court Yerkebulan Amrebekov were the best.

14 employees of the courts of Mangistau Region took part in the regional contest "The Best Translator of the Judicial system".

Summing up, director of the public fund "Ulaghatty Yemir" Yerkesh Narembayeva noted that despite the difficulties of the terms of the judicial system, the participants demonstrated high skill.

26 specialists from the offices responsible for the translation out of the 29 district courts participated in the competition and are fluent in the daily work of the state and Russian languages.

The competition was aimed at forming a corps of qualified judicial translators took place in 3 stages: translation of official documents, translation of court documents and interpretation of the dialogue.

The competition determined a specialist of the Yenbekshikazakh District Court Maqpal Bukenova as the best one.

At the end of the competition the winners were awarded letters of gratitude.

The Jury included the judges of the regional court Niyazbek Dildabekov, Lyazzat Ustagaliyeva, Alibek Akhmetov, deputy head of the court administrator and head of the chancery Shynar Tungatarova and Elvira Temirniyazova.

10 court specialists took part in three rounds: in translation of service documents and judicial acts, interpretation of the improvised dialogue of the court session.

According to the results of the contest, the chief specialist of the Bokehorde district court Askhat Amanov, the head of the chancery of the specialized juvenile court Ruslan Demeuov and the principal specialist of the regional court Assel Zhumasheva were recognized as the best translators.

The Aktobe Regional Court held the regional stage of the republican contest "The Best Translator of the Judicial System".

The specialists of the courts of the region took part in the contest.

The Jury consisted of the judges of the regional court and teachers of the state language "Language learning center" under the Public Office “Management of the Development of Languages of Aktobe Region”.

During the three rounds of the contest the participants translated official letters, judicial acts and competed in the interpretation of the dialogue.

According to the results of the contest, the specialist of the regional court Kuralai Kalbekova, the specialist of the Shalkar district court of Aqmaral Nurudin and the specialist of the Baigan district court Nurlybek Kadyrov were recognized as the best translators. They were handed diplomas and memorable gifts.

Pavlodar regional court determined the best court translator of the region in the course of the contest.

6 specialists of the courts of the region expressed their desire to participate in the competition. According to the rules, the contest consisted of three stages. In the first and second stages the participants had to make a translation of letters and judicial acts, and in the third the participants who showed the best result in the two previous stages interpreted the excerpts from the record of the court session from Kazakh into Russian and vice versa.

All the stages of the contest were supervised by a contest jury consisting of the chairman of the judicial board for civil cases of the regional court Manat Komirshinov, the judges of the regional court Gulnar Karabalina and Bagila Nurzhanova, the deputy head of the Courts Administrator Bibigul Zholdaspayeva, the member of the Union of Judges Zarema Hamidullina and the specialist of the language development department Lyazzat Yessenalieva.

Speaking M.Komirshinov noted that the contest is aimed at forming a corps of translators who can competently translate documentation and conduct office work in the judicial system. "It is urgent to introduce the advanced teaching methods and create an appropriate language environment for free communication due to the purpose of developing educational programs" he noted.

According to the decision of the competitive jury the main expert of the Courts Administrator Aigerim Akhmetova, the press officer of the regional court Miras Gabdolkhayev, the judicial officer of the Inder district court Gulfara Yegizbayeva and the principal specialist of the Atyrau city court Shynar Massatova were recognized as the best translators. The Karaganda regional court also determined the best translator of the judicial system.

Three emplyees who work as the translators during the court sessions Zhanar Baigulakova, Akdidar Kolbagayeva and Rymbala Smailova competed for the title of "the best interpreter". During the competition they translated the official, judicial documents and interpreted the dialogue of the participants in the process.

As a result of the contest, Akdidar Kolbagayeva was recognized as the best translator.
