In Atyrau regional court, judges discussed matters of improving legislation

The Atyrau regional court held a seminar for judges to discuss the law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Improving Civil, Banking Legislation and Improving Conditions for Entrepreneurial Activity."

At the seminar, the judge of the regional court G. Nurzhigitova explained in detail the innovations introduced in some legislative acts. She dwelled in detail on the division of invalid transactions into insignificant and disputable transactions, the consequences of the invalidity of the transaction, the pledge. She explained to the participants of the seminar the new rules of the CPC, in particular, the timing of the appointment of the case for trial.

In conclusion, the moderator of the seminar drew attention to the observance of the requirements of the legislation, reminded of the entry into legal force of this law after 10 days after the official publication.
