In Atyrau, the court defended the individual entrepreneur rights

The akim Apparatus of the Zhylyoi region went to the specialized inter-district economic court of the Atyrau region with a legal claim to IE "Timur and A" L. Uliyeva about the recognition of unsecured state purchases and collection of the amount of the penalty.

The plaintiff motivated the legal claims by untimely fulfillment of obligations by the individual entrepreneur under the contract of public procurement.

According to the case materials there was a delivery of the goods, although delayed. In the course of the court session it was established that the delivered goods of the proper quality meet the requirements, the delay in the delivery of goods was not particularly affected the institution activity, and the penalty was paid for the delay in the delivery of the goods.

Taking into account the actual circumstances of the case, the court rejected the legal claim of the akim Apparatus of the Zhylyoi district.
