In Atyrau regional court, the Council of Young Judges and students of the Faculty of Law of the Caspian Modern College showed an educational and staging trial in the criminal case.

Having worked out the plot of the case, the students themselves acted as a judge, a prosecutor, a lawyer, a court officer, a defendant, a victim and witnesses.

Young judges were evaluated by acting young judges Z. Khamidullina, Zh. Khabarova and G. Turganova, who in the course of the event thoroughly acquainted students with the rules of procedure for consideration criminal, administrative and civil cases in the first instance court.

The meeting of judges and students continued in the "question-answer" format, students were interested in the personal and working life of judges, the judges gave exhaustive answers and gave interesting examples from the judging life. The judges also informed the youth about the latest changes in the Constitution of the country, the Message of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan and the draft law on the mandatory regulation of disputes in the mediation procedure for certain categories of cases.

In the end, the students visited the museum of the regional court and got acquainted with the history of the formation of Kazakhstan the judicial system.
