At the Almaty Regional Court they discussed the matters of execution of judicial enforcement documents

The Almaty regional court held a "round table", the participants of which discussed problematic matters related to the execution of judicial enforcement documents sent by the courts of the region via the system "Automated Information System of Executive authorities" (AIS EA).

The staff of the Courts Administrator, representatives of the Department of Justice, the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs, the Office of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records, the heads of the Chancery of Courts via videoconferencing took part in the event.

Speaking, the head of the court administrator Manas Burashev noted that since March 2016 functionaries have been commissioned to receive enforcement documents from the courts in electronic format and electronic authorization by courts of decisions of the officers of the court throughout the country. Courts send an enforcement document for execution in electronic format through IAS "Torelik" and AIS EA to the Justice Departments, where the assigned employee distributes the enforcement document to the appropriate territorial department in the recovery category.

As a result of the implementation of innovations, the time required to present enforcement documents to the officers of the court was reduced first of all, the possibility of losing an enforcement document, given its availability in electronic form, is excluded. Thus, the courts and users of the "Judicial office" service can now receive the status of their execution.  

The participants of the "round table" discussed the problematic issues that arise when sending enforcement documents and ways to resolve them.

At the end of the event they developed recommendations to improve the efficiency of the work.
