In Almaty regional court discussed the implementing measures of institutional reform

Today in Almaty regional court held a meeting on discussion the implementation of institutional reform measures, "The rule of law" Plan of the Nation - 100 concrete steps.

The event was attended by the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.Ak-Kuova, a retired judge N.Singalieva, chairman of the regional court M.Taymerdenov, judges of regional, district and equivalent courts.

Judge of the Supreme Court G.Ak-Kuova said: "As a result of the reduction of the courts will increase significantly the load on the Supreme Court. Increase the number of judges of the Supreme Court, which will implement all planned installations and orders of the Head of State.

In the formation of the personnel reserve for the position of judge of the Supreme Court among the acting  number of  regional judges  field candidates such demands as the availability of work experience as a judge for at least 10 years, of which at least 5 years in the regional court. "

At the conclusion of the meeting was taken a secret questioning of the candidates in the personnel reserve of the Supreme Court.
