In Almaty region announced the verdict in relation of the state judicial executor

In the Ili district court of Almaty region announced the verdict against the state judicial executor G. Begaliyev.

According to the materials of the criminal case, G.Begaliev detained by the anti-corruption services on suspicion of taking bribes in the amount of 50 000 tenge. This amount he received from citizen C. for passing the decision to discontinue the enforcement proceedings to recover the amounts owed.

Court sentence on 30 July 2015 G.Begaliev found guilty under article 366 p. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was fined in the amount of fifty times the amount of bribes, that is 2 500 000 tenge, with the confiscation of privately owned property. He is also denied the right to hold certain positions in the civil service and in local government lifelong.

The verdict of the court has not entered into force.
